Baggage Services and Lost Luggage
All issues related to checked baggage—including delayed, damaged, or lost luggage—are handled exclusively by the airlines or their ground handling agents. If you have a problem with your baggage upon arrival, you must report it immediately at the airline's baggage service counter located in the baggage claim hall, before passing through customs. For more information, please see our baggage guide.
Airline Contact Information
For all questions related to flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, online check-in, or specific baggage policies, you must contact your airline directly. The airport information desk cannot assist with ticketing or reservation issues. For a full list of carriers and their contact details, please visit our complete airlines page.
Special Assistance (PRM)
Passengers who require mobility assistance or other special services must arrange this through their airline at least 48 hours prior to their flight. The airline will then coordinate with the airport to ensure support is provided throughout your journey, from check-in to boarding. For emergency assistance upon arrival at the airport, please go to the Information Desk.

The airport management welcomes feedback regarding its facilities and services. For comments about the terminal, cleanliness, staff, or parking, you can contact them via the main information email.
